Sublimation Transfer

sublimation transfer
Sublimation transfer is a new generation technology that uses special Sublimation Ink and Sublimation Transfer Paper. When the pattern is printed on the product, no colloid will be produced. If it is transferred to clothing, the ink will be directly sublimated into the clothing fibers. The fastness is the same as cloth dyeing, and the color is sharp, which is more suitable for colorful patterns. For example, quick sweat-wicking shirts and Physical comfort shirts use sublimation transfer technology.
Items that can be heat transferred
Not all products can be printed with heat transfer printing, which involves factors such as the heat resistance and smoothness of the product. Due to the continuous advancement of technology, products that have been maturely developed using heat transfer printing technology include: clothes, cloth bags, hats, pillows, mugs, tiles, watches, mouse pads, coasters, calendars, medals, banners, etc. Hundreds of products.
Textile transfer printing
Common textile transfer technologies are film transfer and sublimation transfer. (1) Sublimation transfer printing: The technology is mainly applicable only to clothes whose surface is made of polyester, such as quick sweat-wicking shirts and physical comfort shirts, and is best for white clothes (the position of the printed pattern is white, but the Other parts can be other colors, such as colorful sleeves). After digital sublimation is used on colored clothes, the fusion of ink and colored fibers will cause the color of the pattern to be different from the original, so it is not recommended. (2) Film transfer: This technology is mainly used for clothes with extremely high cotton content. All colors can be film transferred, but dark clothes require higher-priced "dark clothes special transfer paper", which has heavier glue and less stable quality.
Transfer printing on ceramics
Ceramic products use sublimation transfer printing. At a high temperature of about 200 degrees Celsius, the ink is sublimated onto the product. The color is sharp and the pattern is highly reliable. However, ordinary mugs cannot be transferred directly. They must undergo a special coating process before the pattern can be transferred.
