At present, the products produced by various transfer paper factories at home and abroad have varying degrees of warpage. Transfer paper with excellent quality has a smaller warping angle and slow warping, which can meet the flatness and time requirements of the printing and transfer production process. , it is easier to operate.

Overcoming warpage is a problem that transfer paper manufacturers work together to overcome. The double-sided coating method can effectively improve warpage, but this increases production costs, and most domestic transfer paper production equipment often does not have such capabilities. Conditions can only be improved from the coating formula and production process.
